• Technical Assessment - Screening round(s) to assess a candidate's skill level
• Background & Behavioral Assessment
• Technical Round - In order to proceed to this round, the candidate is required to furnish a reference from at least two previous employers or supervisors. Please email the full name, email, phone number, and a short paragraph outlining the nature of the relationship to HR@varys.capital and include your full name. 
• Final Round

The entire interview process spans approximately two to three weeks.
